When you find items that you’d like to rent from us, you’ll add them to your quote request (cart). When you checkout, we will obtain your email address, school address, and phone number.
Our website will use your email address to send you an automatic thank-you email for your quote request (order). We will find your quote request and send you email one more time personally, for the purpose of completing your order. If we cannot find a reply from you, we will delete your data and we wait for you to contact us again. We never share your contact information with anyone.
If we find a reply from you, then we will talk with you to arrange pickup, delivery, payment, technical support, and your signature to rent the equipment. That will be on a paper form, not on this website. Here is a link to that paper form, for your information: Link. We will keep your paper form for our records.
